Privacy policy

GOAT Parties (“we”) runs this website. This page explains what we do with the information you give us.

What we collect

If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to reply to you and to arrange your booking.

Booking online

The booking form on our booking page is provided by SimplyBook.me, a separate company with its own privacy policy. Bookings and payments are taken by SimplyBook.me, and we receive the booking details you enter there.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The booking page is the only page that sets any: one cookie that lets the booking form work, and the cookies SimplyBook.me needs to take your booking. No other page sets cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months and then delete them, unless you become a customer.

Who else sees it

The form sends your enquiry to us as an email, from the server this website runs on (Hostinger). The website does not keep a copy. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by ringing 07534 392535 or using the contact form. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
