How a silent disco works
Every guest wears a pair of wireless LED headphones. The music comes from our plug-and-play soundboard, which has three channels, and you connect a Spotify playlist to each one. Guests choose the channel they want on their headphones, so one room can dance to three different playlists at once without any loud speakers.
That makes it a good fit for venues with noise limits, parties at home where the neighbours are close, and mixed crowds where not everyone likes the same music.
How many headphones?
We can supply up to 70 pairs. Tell us roughly how many guests you’re expecting when you book.
Indoors or outdoors
Both work. Gardens and marquees are fine. The music plays from Spotify, so outdoors you’ll need wifi at the venue or playlists downloaded before the party.
How long is the hire?
Silent disco hire is for one night. You bring it back to us the next day, or if we’re running it, we take it away with us.
Booking and deposits
You can book and pay online, or reserve your date with a deposit of £20 to £50 depending on the package. We invoice the rest one week before your event.

Two ways to hire
We run it on the night
One of us comes to your event, sets everything up, hands out the headphones and stays to run the music and take requests. It suits bigger events, or anyone who would rather not think about the equipment on the night.
You run it yourself
Collect everything from us in Llandudno and we’ll show you how it all works before you go. After that the night is yours. Nobody from GOAT Parties is waiting to pack up, so we don’t set a finish time: the party ends when you decide, or when your venue’s own rules say so.

Collection is free. When you pick everything up we’ll show you how it all works, so you can set it up yourself and ask us anything there and then. You’ll also see that it’s all there and working before your party.
We hire to parties across Llandudno, Conwy, Deganwy, Rhos-on-Sea, Colwyn Bay and the rest of North Wales. If you can’t collect, delivery can be arranged. Let us know when you book and we’ll sort it out with you.
